My second new car. Sold very reluctantly at a huge loss when I moved ot Germany. Thought about keeping it, but the RHD model wouldn't be fun on German roads. Considered buying an identical LHD model in Germany but the expat package made the provided Golf much more attractive. Sigh.

My car while in Germany 1996-1998. Free car. Free gas in Germany. Free insurance. Free tires. Free everything. Surprised to find an A/C and a sunroof since many expats of my batch did without one or both. Used this car to travel a bzillion km all over Europe, trying to fill at the last German gas station before the border and crawl back into Germany on fumes.
